The WCBoost – Products Compare plugin enhances the shopping experience on WooCommerce stores by allowing customers to compare products side by side. In this guide, we’ll cover two methods for installing and activating the plugin: via the WordPress admin panel and manual installation.

Requirements

Before you begin, ensure that your setup meets the following basic requirements:

  • WordPress version 4.5 or higher
  • WooCommerce version 3.0 or higher
  • PHP version 7.0 or higher

Install from WordPress admin

The easiest way to install the WCBoost – Products Compare plugin is from your WordPress admin dashboard. Once you are logged in the admin dashboard with the administrator account, follow these steps to install the plugin:

  1. Navigate to Plugins > Add new and search for “WCBoost – Products Compare” in the search box.
  2. In the search results, the plugin appears at the top. Click the Install Now button to start the installation process.
  3. Once the plugin is installed, click the Activate button and the plugin is now active on your website.

Download and install manually

If you prefer manual installation, you can download the plugin file on the WordPress plugin directory page.

  1. Download the Plugin: visit the WCBoost Products Compare plugin page on WordPress.org. Click the “Download” button to get the plugin ZIP file and save it to your device.
  2. Upload the Plugin:
  • Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  • Navigate to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  • Choose the ZIP file you downloaded and click Install Now.
  • After installation, click the Activate button.
