Access the Orders page
To view order history, you need to log in to your account. Please follow these steps:
- Log In: You can navigate to the My Account page to log into your account page with the email you provided during the checkout process.
- Orders page: Within the My Account area, you will find the Orders page. This is where you can access details of all past orders and download invoices of them.
View Order details
When you access the Orders page, you’ll see essential information for each order, such as: Order number, order date, order status, order total, download products, etc.
You can click on an order to view more details.
Download invoices
On the Orders page, you can find the option to download the invoice/receipt for your orders.
